●Basic Design Services is only included the logo and texts supplied by customers
●The format of the logo must be :
a.Graphic / Vector (please provide in ai file)
b.Pixel (Please provide in .psd file)
●Bannershop will not provide any images or fonts with copyrights
●Design work and amendments must be requested via emails;verbal confirmations of amendments are not accepted
●All design fees are not refundable no matter Customers adopt our design proposal or not in the end
●BK DISPLAY owns the copyrights for all design artwork provided. If Customers would like to buy – out the copyrights of artwork in AI / EPS / PSD / PDF / JPG file, please make relevant requests at the time of ordering and must be quoted separately. Otherwise the artwork will be deleted after production. In case of any dispute, BK DISPLAY reserves the right to make the final decision.
